BrandNewGame is about using the governing principles drawn from the Unfrozenmind roadmap to create specialist game-changing teams.


Moving from a culture of skilled un-observation to skilled observation, from skilled convergence to innovation/divergence, from learning not to learn, to learning, requires a new model of psychological behaviours like risk taking and learning to make errors.


This is not the emotional freewheeling of typical of creative initiatives that are not supported by a logical framework. This is the self-discipline of promoting a climate that encourages, motivates, supports and provides the logical foundation for self-inquiry and growing dreams. Linear business thinking is focused on removing error, focused on being right and doing the right thing. Divergent business thinking is about designing new experiences, it’s about trialling and testing new models; it’s about sharing and living the dream.


Creating an emotional differentiation while simultaneously embraces making mistakes opens the organisational door to a new learning model which grows human potential and new ideas.
